Vol. 104 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Sewerage Facilities at Baldoyle.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that there is much discontent amongst the tenants of the Dublin Corporation in Baldoyle, arising from the lack of sewerage facilities; and if he will state when the work of providing these amenities will be carried out.

A survey of the Dublin Corporation cottages at Baldoyle was carried out some months ago by the Dublin County Council and plans for the installation of sanitary accommodation were drawn up. There are, however, legal difficulties standing in the way of the carrying out of the works contemplated. Every effort is being made to find an early solution of these difficulties.
