Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Wheat Statistics.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state the quantity of wheat imported during 1946, distinguishing between Manitoba hard wheat and other qualities, and the maximum, minimum, and average f.o.b. and c.i.f. prices paid for each quality.

As the answer is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to have it circulated with the Official Report.

Following is the statement:—

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state, in respect of 1946, the quantity of wheat carried on (a) Irish registered ships, and (b) other ships; and, in each case, the cost of (i) freightage, and (ii) insurances.

As the answer is in the form of a tabular statement I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to have it circulated with the official report.
