I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to re-enact certain amendments of the National Health Insurance Acts, 1911 to 1942, effected by the Emergency Powers (No. 381) Order, 1946, and otherwise to amend the said Acts.
