Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Farmers' Losses.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will establish a fund for the relief of distress among farmers who lost cattle and sheep during the recent severe weather.

As announced in to-day's newspapers I have arranged a scheme under which farmers may obtain loans on easy terms for the purchase of cattle and sheep to replace stock lost as a result of the severe weather during the early months of this year.
