Vol. 107 No. 6

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper in the following order: Nos. 1, 8 (Vote No. 3 resumed), Nos. 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15. Then back to No. 8 for Votes 31 and 49. The Money Resolution will be taken in its appropriate place. It is not proposed to interrupt public business to take private Deputies' business.

Did I understand the Tánaiste to say that we are to take No. 15?

I understood it was not proposed to take No. 15 before the adjournment.

It is desired to take the Second Reading of it before the adjournment.

When are we going to adjourn?

Possibly next week. If one were very optimistic, I might say this week, but we are not optimistic.

I intend to propose that the recommendations from the Seanad be not accepted and, if the House has no objection, the recommendations could be taken after the Taoiseach's Vote is concluded.

That is, that we will take the recommendations from the Seanad after the Taoiseach's Vote and the Minister is advising us that he is not accepting any of them?
