Vol. 108 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Marshall Estate, Kerry.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have yet come to a decision as to what action they intend to take concerning the repair of the embankments in the townlands of Callinafercy East and West on the Marshall Estate, County Kerry; and if not, if he will take steps to have this matter expedited.

The question of the action to be taken by the Land Commission in regard to the embankments at Callinafercy East and West has to be examined in conjunction with the problem of other river Maine embankments and no decision has yet been reached. Consideration of the matter is being expedited as much as possible.
