Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Bill, 1947—First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to regulate elections of the members of Seanad Éireann who are required to be elected from panels of candidates and elections to fill casual vacancies occurring amongst those members and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with such elections.—(Minister for Local Government.)
