asked the Minister for Defence if he will read the record and review the findings of the Court of Inquiry held by the Army authorities into the raid on the Magazine Fort on the 23rd December, 1939, and if he will take such action as he may deem necessary to ensure that any injustice that may have been done to military personnel by forced resignations following the inquiry may be rectified.
