Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of County Dublin Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state when the Lambert estate at Ballyboughal will be finally acquired by the Land Commission for division amongst the uneconomic holders in North County Dublin.

Possession of the holding of Richard Taylor—successor in title to Robert Lambert—comprising 131 acres 1 rood 24 perches in the townland of Gracedieu, was obtained by the Land Commission on the 31st March, 1948. A scheme for its division is being prepared and pending completion of the scheme, the lands have been let to the former owner for the current season.
