Vol. 110 No. 12

Business of the Dáil.

It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper: Items Nos. 2, 3 and 4 (Votes 45 to 51).

Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and in No. 4 the Education group. No. 2.

A Chinn Chomhairle, in regard to the notice given by me for to-night, if Deputy Cogan claims priority I would like to give notice that I will raise the subject matter of 26 and 27 on Wednesday next.

The Deputy cannot forestall the rights of other Deputies. The only case in which a question is postponed and still gives to a Deputy the right to raise it again is when it is postponed to facilitate a Minister who may be otherwise engaged on the day on which the question is first mooted. If no other question arises on that day for the Adjournment the Deputy, of course, may inform the Chair at Question Time.

I will raise the question again.
