Vol. 111 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Howth Post Office Employees.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs whether, in view of the fact that Howth is now under the administration of the Dublin Corporation and having regard to the increased amount of work done by the post office employees there and the demand on their time, he will grant them the same rates of pay as those which prevail in the city area.

The question of the appropriate rates of pay for employees at Howth Post Office has been under consideration and it is hoped to reach a decision at an early date.
