Vol. 111 No. 18

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Traffic Congestion in Dublin City.

asked the Minister for Local Government whether, in view of the growing traffic congestion in Dublin City, he will recommend to the Dublin Corporation the removal of Nelson Pillar which causes obstruction to traffic, and, as a monument to British Imperialism in the centre of our capital, is resented and objected to by the majority of the Irish people.

I will have the Deputy's representations conveyed to the corporation.
