asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the present position regarding acquisition proceedings in respect of the Duddy (Daniel) estate at Moyleggan, Batterstown, County Meath.
I would refer the Deputy to my reply to his question about this case on the 15th July, 1948, when I stated that the matter was then under review. It has since been decided to continue the resumption proceedings and steps are being taken to apply to the appeal tribunal for leave to resume this holding.
