asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state (a) when his Department intends paying housing grants due to the West Limerick Public Utility Society which are outstanding for a considerable time; (b) the amount of grant paid to the society since 1st April, 1948, to date, and (c) the certified amounts due.

(a) I am not aware that there are any cases of grants due to the West Limerick Public Utility Society which are outstanding, but if the Deputy would furnish a list of such cases I will have them investigated individually and will write to him; (b) the amount of the grants paid to this society since the 1st April, 1948, is £2,258; (c) all such grants certified to be properly payable to this society have already been paid.
