The acceptance of a tender for the erection of a temporary dispensary at Church Road was approved by me in January last. Owing to changes which took place in the firm whose tender was recommended for acceptance, before the actual contract was signed, it was considered necessary by the board of assistance to have the contract readvertised.
It is hoped that the actual work on the erection of this temporary dispensary will commence in the near future.
