Vol. 115 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Hospital in Caherciveen.

asked the Minister for Health whether, in connection with the erection of the proposed new hospital in Caherciveen (i) the sketch plans and copies of reports submitted by the consultant architect have been forwarded for approval to his Department; (ii) such approval has yet been given; and, if not, when is the necessary sanction likely to be issued.

Diagrammatic sketch plans have been forwarded by the local authority on 18th March and are at present under examination in my Department. These documents have not yet been approved but it is anticipated that observations on the documents will be furnished to the local authority in about a week.
