Vol. 115 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - King Estate (Westport).

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what action has been taken by the Land Commission to implement his public undertaking to have the King estate at Rosehill, Kilmeena, in the townland of Money, Westport, divided amongst the local congests.

I did not give the undertaking, either in public or private, stated in the Deputy's question. I did state, and I take this opportunity to repeat, that it is my duty and my earnest desire to come to the relief of congestion wherever it exists, including this locality, and to take what action I deem necessary to that end.
