asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will indicate the dates of application for pensions of persons within the Cork Borough Constituency whose applications were received before 1st March, 1949, and are still under investigation in each of the following categories: (1) old age and blind pensions; (2) widows' and orphans' (contributory) pensions; (3) widows' and orphans' (non-contributory) pensions.

The dates of application in question are:—
(1) Old age and blind pensions—3rd and 5th January, 1949; 1st, 2nd, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd, 25th and 26th February, 1949.
(2) Widows' and orphans' (contributory) pensions—16th and 17th February, 1949.
(3) Widows' and orphans' (non-contributory) pensions—16th and 24th December, 1948; 1st, 6th, 10th, 12th and 21st January, 1949; 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, 25th and 28th February, 1949.
