Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Old Age Pensions Claim.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will state why Mrs. Mary Geraghty, Moyvore, Mullingar, County Westmeath, who is living in a labourer's cottage, has been refused an old age pension.

Mrs. Geraghty has not been refused an old age pension; she is in receipt of a pension at the weekly rate of 12/6 since 7th January last.
