asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission propose to acquire the Killeen holding at Cahermacnaugheen, Ballyvaughan, for distribution amongst the congests in that area.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of these lands.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission still propose to acquire the Studdert estate, Bunratty, for division amongst the congests and landless men in that locality; and, if so, what stage the proceedings have now reached.

The Land Commission have decided not to acquire these lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state (a) what is the cause of the delay by the Land Commission in completing the division of the Sampson estate, Whitegate, County Clare; and (b) when he expects this work to be concluded.

The delay in this case was not caused by the Land Commission. There will be no unnecessary further delay in allotting the lands.
