asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether any proceedings are at present in progress for the acquisition of the Robinson estate, The Rock, Mountmellick.

A report was obtained recently as to the suitability of these lands but a decision has not yet been reached.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what progress has been made in regard to the proposed acquisition for relief of congestion in the area, of the Delaney (Dames) estate, Croghan Hill, Offaly.

A decision has not yet been reached in this case.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Langford estate, Ballymacrossin, Offaly, is likely to be acquired and divided in the current financial year.

The acquisition proceedings in respect of this estate have reached an advanced stage but it is too early yet to indicate when the lands may be allotted.
