It is not proposed to increase the amounts of the annual grants payable to officers, N.C.Os. and men of the Reserve—First Line. The rates of pay and allowances applicable to officers and soldiers of the Forces as from the 1st September, 1949, will, however, also apply as from the same date to officers, N.C.Os. and men of the Reserve—First Line—during periods of annual training, courses of instruction, etc.
