(1) Labourers employed in the furniture stores of the Office of Public Works are classed as storemen and their rate of wages and conditions of employment are as follows:—rate of wages: £5 6s. for a 44-hour week. Conditions of employment: Employment is temporary and non-pensionable; leave with pay is allowed at the rate of 12 days a year in addition to public holidays; no sick pay is allowed; dungarees are supplied.
(2) These rates of wages and conditions of employment apply to all storemen at the furniture stores whether employed directly or through contractors.
