asked the Minister for Finance if he will state whether any estimate has been made of the capital needs of local authorities, statutory corporations and commercial and industrial enterprises during the financial year 1950-51, and the extent to which these needs are likely to require the raising of new capital by public subscription; and, if so, whether he will furnish these estimates to the Dáil.
