asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether Mr. John Kerrigan, Junr., Cammanagh, Cloughbrack, County Galway, offered to sell 100 acres of land to the Forestry Division; and, if so, whether the offer has been or will be accepted.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I will take together Questions Nos. 10 and 11.

These offers have been received and the lands will be inspected at an early date. Until the inspection has been carried out, the Forestry Division cannot reach a decision on the matter.

Can the Parliamentary Secretary say if the inspection will be carried out soon?

As soon as possible.
