Vol. 121 No. 11

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Items 14, 4, 11—Vote 49—13, 6, 12 and then Votes 27 and 28. It is proposed to sit in future until 12 o'clock on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I understand that it is not agreed that we should sit to-night until 12 o'clock but, subject to that, the House will sit until 12 o'clock on every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Might I inquire if it would suit the convenience of the Opposition to take the Fisheries Estimate first and the Agriculture Estimate second? In this matter, I am in their hands. If it would suit their convenience, it would be more convenient for me, but I shall meet the Opposition in any way they please in that regard.

When does the Minister want to know?

Any time.

We will let him know this afternoon.

On last Wednesday, I asked permission to raise the subject matter of Question No. 32 on that day's Order Paper. I deferred doing so because of the late hour to which the House sat. Could I raise it to-night?

Yes; at 10.30.
