Vol. 122 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Price of Pigs.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state the price per cwt. paid to pig producers for pigs in (a) the Six Counties, and (b) the Twenty-Six Counties in the years 1947-48, 1948-49, 1949-50.

The average monthly market prices paid for pigs to producers in the Twenty-Six Counties for the years referred to by the Deputy are given in the quarterly issues of the Irish Trade Journal from September, 1947, to March, 1950. I have no function in regard to prices paid to producers in the Six Counties.
