Vol. 122 No. 5

Order of Business.

Business will be taken in the following order: Nos. 3, 10 (Vote 38), 11, 12, 19, 10 (Votes 29 to 37 inclusive). If not already reached, it is proposed to interrupt business at 8 o'clock to take No. 19. I may say that some discussions have been taking place with reference to the times and allocations of business. These discussions, I understand, are not concluded, but if not concluded one way or the other in half an hour or shortly after that, I propose to make an announcement to the House on the question of further sittings and later sittings to-night and possibly tomorrow.

Would the Taoiseach intimate the business which the Government desire to have concluded this Session?

We hope to conclude all the Estimates and the necessary Appropriation Bill, the Turf Development Bill, the Housing Bill and, possibly, one other small Bill—the Agricultural Workers (Holidays) Bill.

It is not intended to proceed with the Local Government (County Administration) Bill this Session?

Will the Taoiseach say what time he will intervene?

At the earliest possible moment; I hope before 11.30 a.m.
