asked the Minister for External Affairs if he will state whether negotiations or discussions have taken place with the Government of Great Britain in regard to the status and title of our representative to Great Britain and to the status and title of the representative of Great Britain to Ireland and if difficulties in regard to these matters have arisen between the two Governments, whether he will make a statement thereon to Dáil Éireann.
