Vol. 122 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Fishery Boulder Obstruction (Kerry).

Mr. Flynn

asked the Minister for Agriculture whether he is aware that, owing to the obstruction by boulders, Cromane fishermen cannot operate successfully in the salmon fishing grounds in the area and if he will consider allocating a grant for a scheme for the removal of the obstruction.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a similar question on the 27th October, 1949.

I am still awaiting the information from the Kerry County Council which I was then awaiting.
