Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Submerged Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if those farmers in Rossmanagher, Sixmilebridge area, whose lands are at present inundated by tidal waters will be asked to pay annuities while their lands are submerged.

There is no power under the Land Acts to waive the collection of land annuities on lands which are temporarily flooded.
