Vol. 123 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Damage by Itinerants.

asked the Minister for Justice whether he is aware that itinerants are now travelling in large convoys with numerous wagons and carts and numbers of horses and asses which are fed along the public roads, with consequent serious danger to road users, and damage to farmers' fences and land, and if he will state whether he proposes to introduce proposals for legislation to overcome this menace.
