I presume the Deputy refers to my decision not to recommend a State grant towards the construction of a boat-safe costing about £6,000 at Cahore. This decision was based on the fact that the value of the fishing industry at Cahore does not and has no prospect of justifying such expenditure, and I regret that I cannot see my way to change it.
