asked the Minister for Local Government whether he is aware that in Pulla, Offaly, no passable road is provided for the residents; and, if so, whether he will take steps to ensure that the Offaly County Council will make some provision in this regard and, further, whether he is aware that in this area conditions of flooding affecting roads, farms, houses and bogs have persisted over many years and whether he will state if the Offaly County Council have any plans to deal with the situation.
