asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state whether Bord na Móna had just cause and reason for the dismissal of Mr. James Henry, at their works at Turraun, Ferbane, County Offaly; whether he has inquired into the facts of the case; further, whether he is aware that Mr. Henry has been asked to leave his residence, the property of the board, and that if he is evicted it will be a grave hardship on his family, and in the circumstances whether the Minister will request that Mr. Henry be re-employed so as to avoid any further developments in the matter.
