The employments which it is intended to make insurable employments under the Social Welfare (Insurance) (No. 2) Bill, 1950, are specified in Part I of the First Schedule. Under paragraph (a) of sub-section (5) of Section 4, it is being provided that particular employments or any classes of employment may, by regulations, be exempted from the employments which are to be insurable employments under the Bill.
