asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the total number of houses erected or in course of erection in the Counties of (1) Laoighis, (2) Offaly, since February, 1948.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement I propose, with your permission, a Chinn Chomhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the total number of houses erected since February, 1948, in Portlaoighise, Tullamore, Birr and Edenderry and particulars of (a) the cost of the acquisition and development of each site; (b) the amount allocated from Central Fund; (c) the amount allocated per year from rates and (d) the minimum and maximum weekly rent (excluding rates) charged to existing tenants in each area.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement I propose, with your permission, a Chinn Chomhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.
