As the Deputy is probably aware, it is not the usual practice to publish confidential reports of this nature, particularly before the responsible Minister or the Government have had an opportunity of considering and coming to a decision on the recommendations they contain. As I indicated in the Dáil last week, I propose to seek a Government decision on the recommendations contained in this report at an early date. When this has been done, I shall consider publishing a summary of the report.
