Vol. 126 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Land Rehabilitation Scheme.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is aware that because of his recent statement that he would continue the land rehabilitation scheme with certain modifications, people who had purchased or were negotiating for the purchase of the necessary machinery required for the project, fear they may suffer serious financial loss and if, to allay anxiety and to clarify the position, he will now make a definite statement as to his attitude concerning this all-important matter.

Mr. Walsh

There is no justification for the anxiety which prompted the Deputy's question.
