Questions— Written Answers. - County Roscommon Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission have under consideration the question of the resumption of the lands of Mr. M. J. Kelly on the Talbot estate at Mount Talbot, Roscommon; and, if not, whether he will state the reason and, further, if he will state if those lands are vested in Mr. Kelly; and, if so, the date on which they were vested.

The Land Commission are barred by statute from compulsorily acquiring lands within seven years of their vesting in the owner.

Mr. Kelly's lands were vested in him on 2nd March, 1948.
