The necessary authorisation and instructions in relation to the 1950-51 footwear scheme were issued to the Kildare County Council on the 15th September, 1950. The authorisation and instructions relating to the 1951-52 scheme were issued on the 23rd October, 1951.
Why was it so much later?
I would have to get notice of that.
