I have received, through the usual diplomatic channels, a message from the Vatican Secretariat of State, conveying the paternal gratitude of the Holy Father to the members of Dáil Éireann and his deep appreciation of the tribute of homage to the memory of the Most Reverend Monsignor Ettore Felici, late Apostolic Nuncio in Ireland.
The Chargé d'Affaires, Apostolic Nunciature, has also asked that the gratitude of the Nunciature be conveyed to the Dáil.
