Vol. 127 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Sligo Corporation Resolution.

asked the Taoiseach whether he has received a resolution adopted by the Sligo Corporation on the 5th November, 1951; and whether he will communicate its terms to the Dáil and state what action he proposes to take in relation thereto.

A copy of the resolution, adopted by the Borough Council of Sligo, to which the Deputy evidently refers, was received in my Department from the town clerk of Sligo on the 9th instant. The town clerk was informed on the following day that, as the subject-matter of the resolution was one for examination, in the first instance, by the Minister for Finance, it had been referred to that Minister for consideration.
