Vol. 127 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Leigh-White Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what progress, if any, has been made in the proposed acquisition of part of the Leigh-White estate, Glengarriff, County Cork, for afforestation purposes.

Substantial agreement on boundaries has been reached in respect of an area of approximately 1,000 acres of this estate, and it is hoped that negotiations on price will be opened shortly.
