An offer of 76 acres of land in this area has just been received and it is proposed to inspect it shortly. As this district is over 20 miles from the nearest existing forest centre it is, however, unlikely that any land will be acquired here unless additional offers of suitable land sufficient to form an economic unit are forthcoming.
