I regret I am not in a position to give the Deputy any definite date for the commencement of the improvement works at Rathmullen Pier, County Donegal, but I may say that the working drawings and specification are practically completed and will, it is hoped, shortly be available for transmission to the Donegal County Council for their consideration and approval.
