Vol. 129 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Sale of Spurious Products.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if, with reference to the strong representations made by me to his predecessor regarding the marketing by travelling salesmen among the agricultural community of spurious products alleged to be cattle medicines, etc., he will state the progress that is being made towards the introduction of proposals for legislation to curb the activities of the manufacturers and salesmen of these products.

Mr. Walsh

The examination of proposals for legislation in this connection is proceeding and will be concluded as soon as possible.
