Royal Hospital for Incurables, Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1952.—Appointment of Joint Committee.

Seanad Éireann has passed the following Resolution, in which the concurrence of Dáil Éireann is desired:—

That it is expedient that a joint committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Royal Hospital for Incurables, Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1952, being a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Charters under which the Governors and Guardians of the Royal Hospital for Incurables, Dublin, are incorporated so as to enable the said Governors to receive and charge remuneration and fees for the maintenance of patients in the said Hospital.

I move:—

That the Dáil concur with the Seanad in their Resolution communicated to the Dáil on the 12th day of March, 1952, that it is expedient that a joint committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Royal Hospital for Incurables, Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1952.

Question agreed to.

Ordered: That Seanad Éireann be informed accordingly.
