Vote on Account: Allocation of Time Motion.

Tairgím:—

That the proceedings on the Vote on Account for or towards defraying the Charges that will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1953, for certain public services, in Committee on Finance and on Report, on the Resolutions, for the issue out of the Central Fund of the sums necessary to make good the supply granted for the service of the years ending on the 31st day of March, 1952, and the 31st day of March, 1953, in Committee on Finance and on Report, and on the First Stage of the Central Fund Bill, 1952, if not previously brought to a conclusion shall be brought to a conclusion at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, 25th March, 1952, by putting from the Chair forthwith and successively the questions necessary to bring such proceedings to a conclusion: Provided that if the Minister who is to conclude the debate on the Vote on Account in Committee on Finance shall not already have been called upon by the Chair he shall be called by the Chair at 7 p.m. on that day;

That the Second Stage of the Central Fund Bill, 1952, shall be proceeded with immediately upon the conclusion of the First Stage; and that the Second Stage and the remaining stages of the said Bill, if not previously brought to a conclusion, shall be brought to a conclusion at 10.30 p.m. on Tuesday, 25th March, 1952, by putting from the Chair forthwith and successively the questions necessary to bring the stages of the said Bill to a conclusion: Provided that if the Minister who is to conclude the debate on the Second Stage of the Bill shall not already have been called upon by the Chair he shall be called by the Chair at 10 p.m. on that day.
