asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if, in connection with the two recent increases made by the Electricity Supply Board in their charge for heating by night-storage, whereby the cost per unit was raised from .28d. to .63d., he will indicate the reasons for such increases, particularly the second increase in September, 1951; and, further, if he will request the board to re-examine the position with a view to their ascertaining whether or not the rate could be reduced to a more economic level.
